Breaking The Diet Cycle With Paul Dermody

In the latest episode of the Simply Fit Podcast, I have the pleasure of speaking with Paul Dermody. It seems as if the algorithms wanted Paul and I to connect, his content kept popping up on my feed and once I looked into it a little more, I knew I had to speak to him. Paul is an online health and fitness coach, however, he’s not just the average run of the mill online coach, he’s on a mission to break the diet cycle and to get people to critically think about their health, their fitness and their existing beliefs. There’s a lot of health and fitness content in this episode but I feel the real value lies in the learnings that Paul has gained through his own journey of self-awareness and his meticulous desire to put his own belief systems under the microscope and come out with a more well rounded perspective.
