Self Acceptance, it's a big one and there are so many different elements that branch off from this subject. We've both ventured down this rabbit hole and made our way back up and what a journey it was!
Being able to accept ourselves for who we really are is a gift and yes, it takes work and also a shitload of confidence but once you "get it", life will never be the same.
