But too many times we're dangerous. We know a lot of information and we want to solve all the problems, and this can get very confusing for your members.
As you're designing your membership with your members’ needs in mind and the problems that they're experiencing, the challenges that they're having, think of that one problem that your members are experiencing.
How can you help them?
Your deliverables for your membership don't have to be complicated, but at the end of the day it's about solving one problem for them.
