Hello and welcome to this episode of Shop 4 a biz Today's guest is Sherry Goldman, she's our happiness expert and she has some information that you would like to share with. You take it away Sherry 

Well thank you, Daniel. And just in our little side talk before we started where you know, declaring yourself the happiness expert, it is a big declaration. But luckily for me you can learn happiness and that's I spent about 20 years learning happiness because I couldn't find it anywhere and so I am now offering a course on learning happiness and it's a way to self induce happiness on demand, which means you can create your own happiness just because you want to feel it and you know who doesn't want to feel happiness. So that's what this course is about. And I will tell you the truth that I use everything in the course. Everything in this course I use and love. So it's first hand and I worked as a psychotherapist for decades and I always shared everything with my clients and all these course, all these tools. Well, they really do work for a lot, a lot of people. So how do you create happiness on demands? That's what you're going to learn. It is learnable, and what many of the people in the course, The reason they're here is because we strive for success. We really believe that success makes it will make us happy or will fall in, love will get happy, we'll get rich, forget happy, we'll lose weight, we'll get happy and then we maybe even succeeded those things and we're happy for a little bit. But then we settle back down into that chronic while I'm still not happy and that's because we're not using the right tools to create happiness. So that's what this course is all about. So it's for entrepreneurs who've made success and now they want to know how to get happy. It's for business professionals who have been really focused on building their career, and now they need to know how to get happy. It's for athletes, it's for creative people, it's your stay at home, parents who know that if they don't know how to get happy, they're not going to parent their kids the right way. And so that's what the courses and um it's videos and it's fun and there's a lot of support and there's a facebook group and I welcome anyone who would like to get happier and to just let you know that you can learn it, and it's actually quite easy, it's just not what you're expecting, but just because of that, it doesn't mean it's hard, it's just not what you're used to doing.
