Kyle started Newell Strength in his parents' basement a decade ago while he was working full time as a teacher. He now has 2 locations in New Jersey and both are thriving. 

He dives into the systems and strategies he has used to build an awesome team, remove himself from the training floor and even how he was able to survive after a hurricane took the roof off of his first facility.
