Ella brings her own experience from several years in leadership, an undergrad in Communications Studies, and a master's in Organizational Leadership. She also has designed and launched her own conversation cards designed to help leaders have better conversations with their employees. She is actively researching her next audience, with her ultimate goal to help one on one communication be engaging, empathetic, and impactful.
