Gaslighting is a form of bullying that occurs not only in romantic and other personal relationships but can also be a major problem in workplaces. Gaslighting is called coercive control in domestic violence matters and is criminalised in some countries. It is a highly destructive problem, often very dangerous – leading to illness, economic, social and career loss, even suicide or murder. Gaslighters have narcissistic and antisocial traits or personalities. These abnormal people are prevalent in society and workplaces and yet normal people are rarely aware of this until they are entrenched in an insidious, covert long-game by the gaslighter. Learn how to detect a gaslighter early in their game, steer clear and avoid a protracted conflict and heartache.
