As world book day just passed, it got me reflecting on some of the books that I’ve read over the past years and how valuable they’ve been for me. I truly believe that there's something I’ve taken from each book I’ve read that has helped shape my mindset and has empowered me, big or small, it’s made an impact. That’s why today I want to go through my top 5 as we all know that having a strong mindset, will help us have a strong body and good health.
