As an Intuitive Health Coach and Spiritual Mentor, Sandra lives in Melbourne with her husband, 3 children and two dogs. She is devoted and passionate to helping women find ways to achieve optimal health over the 4 body parts: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Her aim is for her clients to feel heard, understood, safe and inspired to take action and create positive changes in their lives.
At her core, Sandra’s mission is to lead a revolution of women to return home to the truth of who they are so they can feel free in their body.
