In this podcast, I will dive into fitness, nutrition and mindset related questions. I’ll explore each angle of these and break them down into digestible information to give you actionable takeaways that you can apply to your life.
The average person will spend 90,000 hours working over a lifetime.
 
During this time we demand that our bodies and minds perform throughout.
 
We are pushing the boundaries. Our days are getting longer.  We spend countless hours in front of our screens and we often, no, in fact, we more than often – compromise the time we spend on our physical and emotional well-being.
 
So if 90,000 hours are spent working, how much time do we actually spend on improving our health and well-being?
 
To enhance the quality of our lives and to look after our most important asset, our health. 

I’m Elliot Hasoon, and I’m an online health and fitness coach, and your host. 

I’ve spent the past decade focusing on body transformations and long term lifestyle improvements.

During this time I’ve answered an endless amount of questions. 

The information to improve your health and well-being is out there, but it can be overwhelming. 

At times, it can be confusing even for a fitness professional to understand, let alone anyone else who just wants to improve their health and well-being.

Through my coaching, I break down complex topics for my clients and make them easily applicable so that they can incorporate them into their daily lives. , and most importantly maintain them and stay at their best both physically and mentally long into the future.
