Safety Outlook for 2022
January 5, 2022
So in this segment, I am discussing the – Safety Outlook for 2022 In the safety industry, many of us have been institutionalized these past two years by the effects of the pandemic and the severe conditions placed on them by OSHA and by the members of management not knowing how to deal with the events. The year has to start with reassessing the site or project for hazards or changes—updates to the safety programs, procedures, and how training will be accomplished. Some of the significant areas that will be affected include. Communication Teamwork - Teams will be hindered by social distancing, restrictions on materials. Technology - Many will work away from paper and pen because of the issues with common contact, lost documentation, and the ability to instantly share. Training - Many OSHA trainers have given up or nonrenewed their certification due to the high number of companies using online sources.
