Nugget: Engage in Real Conversations

Stop treating everybody like a number; go back to having conversations. This starts when you're a list building. This starts when you're attracting your followers. This starts just like it does in the real world. You greet them. You have a conversation. You ask questions. You get a feedback loop. You actually get to know one another. If you want to have a smaller list, that's more impactful, a list that’s full of people that will actually buy your offers, you need to rewind back and stop treating people like a one and a zero. Stop looking at the vanity metrics. Lean in and actually have real conversations again. When we're engaged in real conversations what naturally happens is we start to know our people, we know how to message them and how to guide them into our offer and you’re going to make a bigger impact in those people's lives.
