On this episode of Lessons From The Core, we have guest Carol-Chantal Seguin, founder of WOW Network, to discuss her successful social networking community for women entrepreneurs. The episode delves into the story behind WOW's creation and the emphasis on heart-centered businesses, mentorship, and community building.
In this episode, we had the privilege of speaking with Carol-Chantal Seguin, who started WOW in Montreal in 2012 to address the need for social networking among women entrepreneurs.
Carol's background as a director of finance and operations for a large courier transport company led her to coach new entrepreneurs on structure, operations, and finance. Many of those she coached were women starting their own businesses and seeking accounting services, which led to the birth of WOW.

Wow is a social network that offers free mentorship to anyone who wants 30 minutes of help. They also offer free biweekly Mastermind events to members of the Wow Canada Facebook group, where attendees receive valuable tips and strategies in areas such as marketing and visibility.
Carol emphasizes the importance of heart-centered businesses that prioritize serving clients and creating positive synergy, which is why she believes in the Law of Attraction and aims to help clients continue their business with effective strategies.

The in-person meetings held by WOW provide an opportunity for ambassadors and attendees to meet each other and form a community of women helping women. This community is empowering and provides ambassadors with resources to support other women-owned businesses in their city.
We also learned about the upcoming Spiritual Summit that Carol and her team are organizing. The summit covers a spectrum of spirituality and includes ten speakers with nine workshops every 30 minutes.
The event takes place on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We encourage our listeners to attend and support the youth program that is fundraising for autism.
The event will have a table for direct donations, as well as a table with gift baskets donated by vendors and speakers.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle ticket draw twice a day, at 2 PM and 6 PM, with two winners each time. Volunteers will help with the draw and fundraising for Autism.
