The Character Behind Action

The foundation of your actions as a man are your character. Who you are on the inside really does matter when it comes to your action. If you pretend or play a part, eventually it will come out and people will see the real you. As men, we need to learn how to work on our own character so our actions are true and consistent.
- As men, we want to be men of action, but we have to remember that action isn't just what we do, it is why we do it
- It is important for men to understand the why behind their action
- If they don't, they will often be controlled by hidden things in their minds that they don't understand
The Inside War
- Who you are will eventually rise up
- Character and integrity must be kept in shape
- You must constantly be looking at your inside motivations
Being a Forever Student
- Action grows and improves with learning
- Learning is a habit
- Humility is being a student
- Learning also gives you an outside perspective
The Practice Mentality
- The loop of practice is what separates the players and the champions
- Practice - Feedback - Performance Loop
- Practice is planned improvement
- The practice mentality craves feedback
- Performance is a form of accountability
- How you practice is how you become a great man
