It's not everyday that people associate making a career change and wellbeing - but maybe it should be! As you get older it's common to get to a point of burnout or frustration with a role or an industry that worked for you before, but now, just ... doesn't work for you anymore. It could be that restructures and industry changes have had such a big impact that 'it's just not the same anymore', or it could be that you want more from your life and work. It can be tough to make a big change to your career - so you need to give yourself as many leverage points as you can!
