They also need to listen and understand different points of view. Only then can they make decisions in the best interest of everyone involved. 

She also discusses the importance of being vulnerable as a leader. After all, vulnerability allows for authenticity and connection. It is through these connections that true change can happen.

Collaboration and inclusion should be at the heart of any leadership style. Without it, things will fall apart. So what does this mean for leaders? It means that they need to change their approach and focus on working together with others. It won't be easy, but it is worth it in the end.
