Forgive Yourself
Forgiveness Liberates You
November 11, 2022
Forgiving liberates you from your past and allows you to live a more peaceful and fulfilling life. In this episode, we're talking about forgiveness and what it can actually do for you. Did you know that forgiveness is a choice? That we can actually choose to forgive or choose not to forgive? It is up to us to determine when we are ready to make that decision. Forgiveness can bring a lot of benefits into our lives, including decreased levels of anger and hostility, increased feelings of love, enhanced capacity to trust, and freedom from the events of our past. New studies are also showing that forgiveness can improve our endurance and manifesting ability. However, forgiveness is not always easy. We may not always be ready or willing to forgive someone who has hurt us. That's why it's important to understand what forgiveness is and what it is not. Forgiveness is not forgetting, condoning, excusing, or saying that somebody hurting you is okay. It is essential that forgiveness not be seen as obligatory. If you're struggling to forgive someone, remember that it is a choice. It's up to you to decide when you're ready to forgive. And most importantly, forgiveness is for you and not the other person. In this episode, you will learn the following: 1. What are the benefits of forgiveness? 2. What does forgiveness mean? 3. What happens when we don't forgive? I’m grateful you’re here, and I look forward to guiding you towards forgiveness in your life through this podcast.
