4. A Vision for future generations w/ Lara Williams

Lara Williams is a social care worker, intuitive intelligence trainer and trauma informed embodiment coach, with a vision for creating future generations of attuned youth. Having spent two decades deep in the child protection system, and youth mental health sector, Lara has combined her experience with her training in intuitive intelligence to look at the being as a whole.
In this inspiring episode Lara will share how she is teaching parents/carers ways to navigate the complexities of raising children and to create attuned connections between themselves and the children they care for. Lara has also bravely shared her own journey with her 2 cheeky daughters with gypsy hearts and a 3rd precious daughter with special needs and an extraordinary light.

Lara Williams is a social care worker, intuitive intelligence trainer and trauma informed embodiment coach, with a vision for creating future generations of attuned youth.
Having spent two decades deep in the child protection system, and youth mental health sector, Lara has combined her experience with her training in intuitive intelligence to look at the being as a whole. By supporting the biological, energetic, intuitive and emotional aspects of our youth, she believes we can support attuned connections between children and parents/carers.
When she became a mother, Lara realised there was more to motherhood than what we are taught and there is a lack of support in dealing with the frustration, agitations and overwhelm as parents. If we are unable to self regulate as adults, how can we role model this for the children who we care for. Lara's passion is in starting at the grass root and attuning parents/carers back to their truest, clearest, most aligned form, and from there teaching them to be the best guide to help their children to become attuned, resilient and soulfully confident beings.
She has three daughters, two with gypsy hearts and a wicked sense of humour they inherited from their Irish witted mammy. And one with special needs and an extraordinary light. Lara is a woman with an adventurous spirit and knows life is too short not to seek joy and love in all places and experiences.
