September 30, 2022
How do you handle loss in your life? There are so many types of loss. It can be the loss of a job, a pet, a friend, a family member, or a partner? Many of these things are listed as the most stressful things we can experience and for good reason. So, how do we react when these things happen to us? We each react in our own way. And depending on what sort of loss, and what person we may lose, the reaction will likely be different. In this show, we will talk with my guest, Michelle Hoffman, about loss and how we can have a Life Worth Living, even in the face of loss. She is a relationship coach and the author of Life Worth Living and Finding Love Now.
