Molly is an addiction and eating disorder specialist, author and host of the what you’re craving podcast. After decades of battling her own challenges with addiction and disordered eating, Molly found herself in a position where she was feeling helpless and hopeless. Her battle with these challenges started with her visiting a nutritionist at just 7 years old and ended up with her tipping the scales at 325 lbs. Molly has since turned that around with the approach that she calls, breaking up with sugar and has healed her relationship with food and now helps others to the same.
