Nugget: Lean Into Change and Adapt

The moment something changes, that just means the rules of the game have shifted a bit. What we have to do is just lean into that and adapt. Okay, what're the new rules and what's the game now? What do we need to do? What are we evolving, pivoting, changing so that we can still be on the cutting edge compared to everybody else? There are still buyers in the market that want our thing and every time something shifts and change and everyone's like, “oh my goodness the sky is falling” quietly say to yourself, you know what, what opportunity does this change create? What opportunity does this change create? Because I need to see where the new opportunities are, where the new advantages are, and then I can just slide right in while everybody else is pining over how things used to be. Here’s the thing, anybody that comes in new today or new tomorrow, they don't know how things used to be and they're going to be successful. They're going to figure it out like where they are, right this second and I want you to do the exact same thing because there are always going to be changes. Marketing is always going to be evolving, shifting and molding so we can't be caught up in how we did things 5 years ago, last year or even six months ago. Embrace change, that is so vitally important especially when it comes to marketing because it's all about being adaptive.
