Ian is a Global Customer Experience Specialist and Certified Customer Experience Professional who advises businesses on customer experience strategy, measurement, improvement, and employee advocacy techniques and solutions. His experience sums up twenty-seven years, seventeen of which were spent in the corporate world; he spent the other ten years working independently.

In 2014, Ian officially became a Certified Customer Experience Professional, and in 2015, he also became the first person to become an Authorised Resource and Training Provider for the CCXP accreditation.
