I have been fortunate to meet with many ex-military people, including Chip, who drives the integration of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and Learning Teams within a military supplier of goods and services. Chip lives and breathes HOP in daily operations to improve the quality of operational intelligence he obtains to drive continuous improvement in safety and other functional areas.
