Life with Collective Purpose
Balancing Our Spinning Body
December 17, 2021
In this episode, our guest Don Lynch talks about how we can find more balance and harmony in our life by getting back to the basics of energy.
About Our Guest:
Up until he moved to Puerta Vallarta, Don Lynch was “just another Midwestern type farm/business guy.” He managed a Pizza Hut in Clear Lake, Iowa, for 15 years, consulted on crops for federal insurance, and coordinated a business start-up. In all things he did, he built up a reputation as a “people person,” someone particularly sensitive to and able to communicate effectively with others. “This had actually been a theme through my life, though I didn’t recognize it personally. I mean, I didn’t think it was anything special.” He certainly never imagined that, following three close brushes with death, he would become an intuitive healer, an energy shifter capable of reading others’ conditions and correcting their flows of energy.

Today, people reach out to Don from all over the world. He’s able to perform energy work over Zoom and even over the phone, helping them is one of his specialties.
"I’m a science-based guy; I’m not a woo-woo guy. Since we’re electrical, energetic beings, we have a field both around us and in us. When we’re working on pain, emotions, or anything in a body, we’re really working on an energetic field. Essentially, we’re just bags of water with electricity bouncing around in us. We have the reptilian brain up there, and that – not ego – is what’s actually running the whole show."

In all things he has did, he built up a reputation as a “people person,” someone particularly sensitive to, and able to communicate effectively with others. This had been a theme through his life. Now he can teach others to learn his techniques.
