#010 - In this episode, my guest Tammy Gooler Loeb talks about career changes and the obstacles that come with finding more meaning in our work. We touched upon the biggest obstacles to changing careers as well as some coaching questions and exercises to overcome them. Give it a listen.
 
#010 – For a third of our lives, we will spend more time at work than we do with our loved ones, so we might as well enjoy what we’re doing. However, finding fulfilment in our work requires changes that might be uncomfortable, even scary. On top of that, there are many obstacles that prevent us from making a change in our careers, including our family responsibilities and other commitments. 

Tammy Gooler Loeb, my guest on this episode, has been a career coach for over twenty years and has seen it all. In her book, Work from the Inside Out, she acknowledges these obstacles and offers ways to overcome them.
