When we look at the word offense, by definition it's the act of displeasing someone, an annoyance or resentment brought about by a perceived insult. In order to move beyond offense, it requires that we have a different mindset and perspective so that we can then see the opportunity.
Counterintuitive to what society tells us, it starts by not focusing on the why but on the how.
