American cities of the future – what might they look like, and how are they going to be funded?
A sweeping, 1 trillion dollar infrastructure package announced by Joe Biden includes a plan for invigorating the economy and modernizing urban America. Money for roads and bridges, water and power systems, broadband and electric vehicles has been promised, but it’s leadership at local level that’s needed to facilitate all this change.
