Nicola Marfleet has worked in prisons for over twenty-four years, and is currently the governor of HMP Woodhill. She is a Guest Lecturer at Leadership College London, and the author of Why Carry a Weapon?, a study of knife crime among young males aged 15 - 17. After working on the front-line of prisons for so long, she is well-informed about team dynamics, cultural change, leading under pressure and authentic service.
