I thought I'd share my training strategy and how I've worked up my strength and endurance to ride 100+ km on a regular basis. Be prepared for a long-term training plan. As I become an aging athlete, it's important to pace, listen to my body a WHOLE LOT more and take more recovery time.
Create a development plan that allows you to build slowly, and you will achieve your goals safely and in a healthy way.
