Today's guest' has worked in the addiction and mental health field for 47 years. She helped people with their addiction and also uses a very unique technique.

In today's episode, we have discussed co-dependency, guided imagery, and its process.
Dr. Cindy Simpson has worked in the addiction and mental health field for 47 years. She started her career as a Secretary to the Administrator, Medical Director, and Program Director of The Care Unit, an alcohol treatment hospital in Orange County.
She also worked at a variety of facilities including the National Council on Alcoholism in Orange County (DUI Program), Advanced Health Systems (outpatient treatment program), College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (outpatient program), Care Unit in San Bernardino County, San Bernardino Drug Court (SAMSHA Grant), R. Keith Simpson, DO, DPH Addiction Medicine Services and the Ranch Recovery Centers, Inc.
