Emily Davies is the owner of EmPower media, Emily has more than fifteen years’ experience in broadcast, journalism, and digital content marketing, and delivers bespoke digital media marketing, copywriting, and PR to small businesses.
As a yoga teacher, Wellbeing Coach, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Emily is passionate about teaching her clients how to use social media to help them work towards their goals, and not as a distraction away from them. 
Emily is also in the process of establishing a new business - EmPower digital wellbeing, promoting digital wellness in a digitally disrupted world to kids, teenagers, and parents so that they can build healthy habits online and stay present and connected offline.
