Valerie Gale from Nomad Health does clinical coaching with travelers that are having issues or concerns on assignment. She discusses 3 particular issues that travelers experienced where she was able to assist them. Travelers are encouraged to speak up if they see or experience issues, and to work through them before they become a problem on assignment, or if they are seeing a safety issue that can be addressed.
