Phil Light is a long-time RN traveler who saw the need for a professional association for healthcare travelers back when it was sorely needed. He created the non-profit association PanTravelers which offers legal support to all healthcare travelers through the services of an attorney on retainer. Over the years he has helped travelers caught in difficult legal situations. Sometimes just a legal letter is enough to clear things up, but other times a much more lengthy process is called for. Travel Nurses and Allied Therapists don't have a lot of resources at their disposal, especially if they move around to different travel companies over the years. PanTravelers is available to members (at a low cost for a lifetime membership) to be a legal resource should they find themselves in need.
