Today’s guest is with Tamu Thomas, who runs Three Sixty, and we got into a lot of mindset stuff in this interview, specifically the courage it takes to start something new, and what it means to take care of yourself and give yourself the gift of time.
Today’s guest is with Tamu Thomas, who runs Three Sixty, a lifestyle brand focusing on wellness and a philosophy of what she calls “everyday joy”. Tamu has her own podcast, she runs retreats, and at the time of recording she was also selling her own clothing, though she has just announced she will be stepping away from that side of the business. We get into a lot of mindset stuff in this interview, specifically the courage it takes to start something new, and what it means to take care of yourself and give yourself the gift of time. I also loved hearing Tamu speak so passionately about why we need to hear more from women in their 40s and beyond. I know you’re going to love this conversation!
