She is now teaching DTA clients how to explore an organization’s challenges and assist executives, managers, supervisors, and staff in improving individual and organizational performance, culture, morale, and productivity. Cathy deals easily with sensitive issues and inspires DTA clients to do the same. The impacts are positive and enduring.
