In this episode, you will learn: Meet Emily Flynn. Learn how she started racing at age 11, and moved up the ranks in cycling racing with a USA Pro Team as a Sprinter.
Meet Emily Flynn

Attended LaRocca Mountain Bike School at the age of nine and loved it so much that I started racing at the age of 11, first locally and then provincial and eventually nationally.
Did some camps with Team Ontario.
Then started to train more on the road bike as it was more accessible and that eventually turned into racing as well. For a while, I raced both XC mtb and road, but eventually switched to road fully after making the Canada Summer Games team for Team Ontario in 2013.
Then I started racing with The Cyclery, for about five years and in 2019 joined the professional crit team LA Sweat.
I am in the Cycling Canada National Athlete Pool and currently work at the University of Ottawa in their EMBA program.
