     Estie Rand is the founder of Strand Consulting, a marketing consulting company that specializes in bringing big-business tools to small-business budgets. Estie sees herself as a born business leader, having started her first business when she was just 10 years old.

Her passion for owning her own business and helping others with their dreams of successful entrepreneurship has led Estie down the path to making it.
