Customer research is such an important piece for any business, whether it’s getting feedback about your products or your website, or collecting data around brand affinity.
However, it is difficult. It’s difficult to do properly, and write questions that aren’t leading or create some sort of bias. Luckily, in this episode Sam gives a great example of what the right question might look like.
