Micro Movements for Massive Results with Annette Cashell

Even before Covid most of us spend way more time sitting than is good for us. Covid has amplified a systemic problem even further, especially for our kids. Annette Cashell discovered this the hard way. She had a series of serious injuries, despite living an "active" lifestyle... or so she thought. She began to realise that outside of her gym workouts and weekend hikes, she was sedentary the REST OF THE TIME. And, it turns out, the REST OF THE TIME was what really mattered! And so she started to add movement into her day. Frequently. And with variety. And her body thrived. So much so that she was able to avoid the neck fusion operation and all the pain/heartache associated with it. My guest today Annette Cashell is a Natural Movement Coach who helps people add movement (not exercise!), into their everyday lives for better whole body health. Her offerings are specifically designed to undo or prevent the damage caused by excessive sitting, in a highly practical, sustainable and even fun way! Her mantra is - Exercise is optional; movement is essential. Today we’re going to learn how to do that.
