I just can’t contain my excitement that we have reached the end of 2022. It was indeed a crazy year filled with good and bad surprises that made impact on both our personal and business lives. 

And so today’s episode, I have decided to share my 2022 reflections and planning ahead for the next year.

Most people choose a word or theme that best describes their plans and intentions for the new year but I just want to chase feelings.

So for 2023, I want to be chasing inspiration. I learnt that whenever I go after what makes me inspired, the flow, connection, and intimacy automatically follow through.
