ABOUT THE GUEST:
Ami first came to the mat in 2006 , and yoga has been a constant in her life ever since. After moving to Frankfurt from London to work as a translator, she was looking for something more than the 9 to 5, so she took her yoga teacher training at Inside Yoga. What started as a side hustle soon became a full-time business.

Today, Ami teaches regular classes in Frankfurt and to a blooming online community and gives retreats, workshops and teacher training across Germany and internationally.
