470-PGHR stands for People Growing Hope and Recovery. It's a group where their sole purpose was to provide a safe place to connect and recover with people around the world! It was initially formed on December 29, 2017, with only a few people. Now they have grown with over 1,000 members and introduced virtual meetings.In this interview, the panel consists of Amy, a former compulsive gambler, Richard, a former alcohol and gambling addict, and Bernie, the key person in PGHR. One of the main purposes of this group is to help other people get out of the pit of addiction because you can take your life back and you can be happy again. As what they have said, always remember that recovery is about connection. You can recover.
