The inspiration for this podcast came form a recent conversation Daryl had with a colleague. The issue was how often leaders forget, or don't even really know what the mission of the team is. If they do then leader's don't always reinforce it in the eveyday project work or culture of the team.

 

In this episode Daryl discusses what a mission is (no, we won't be covering mission statements), why an understanding of it is critical and how to reinforce it on an ongoing basis.
