7. Minimize medications 
8. Tracking: log your sleep, exercise training plan and how you felt, stress levels, food and how it's made you feel, and affected your digestion for two weeks. This can give you a great range of trends and areas to improve
9. See a specialist (doctor) and bring the two-week log with you.
