The Practice of Learning Teams
Learning Teams The Chevron Way "Learn, Soak and Improve" - Part Two
June 9, 2021
Welcome to the 38th episode of the podcast series. In today's podcast, we celebrate and recognise the work of some amazing people at Chevron who have been embedding Learning Teams the Chevron way of "Learning, Soak and Improve".
Hi Safety FM listeners, this is Brent Sutton, one of the co-hosts of the new podcast series The Practice of Learning Teams, with my fellow co-hosts Glynis McCarthy and Brent Robinson.

Our goal is to support you on your journey and build a better community of practice for Learning Teams.

On today's show, we continue the podcast with the amazing team of people from Chevron, who have been embedding Learning Teams across the organisations in many countries.

We have received a huge amount of feedback on Part One and in particular how  Ximena Gutierrez, Chelsea Miller and Erik Schwarze, have been so willing to share and be open about their journey with Learning Teams.

The community really values people sharing how to operationalize Learning Teams. The What and the Why gives us that foundational knowledge and understanding, but the How gives us the courage to try Learning Teams in different situations and environments in order to ask better questions to gain better outcomes.

As a listener, you are part of our community. If you want to share your journey, please reach out to us at https://learningteamspodcast.com or through our Linkedin page. It is a rewarding and fulfilling experience to share your learnings with us on the pod for the greater community.

Please join me with Brent Robinson as we continue to explore Learning Teams the Chevron Way, of “Learn, Soak and Improve” with Ximena Gutierrez, Chelsea Miller and Erik Schwarze.
