Chip Franks is the Supreme Commander of The Real Estate MarketPlace, a sales and property management company in Harker Heights, Texas, by day. At other times, he is Chief Joe and Bottlewasher for JoeVolunteer--a Benefits Corporation with the mission of increasing volunteerism by ten-fold across the entire globe.  

JoeVolunteer is in the process of creating a native app for both iOS and Android that will be like an "Uber," for volunteer work, and will connect worthwhile organizations to the Joes (volunteers) that want to help! JoeVolunteer Radio, a podcast featuring good news and encouraging people to help other human beings will be launching in mid-2016 to coincide with the beta test of the JoeVolunteer app release in the Austin, Texas area.
