Merit’s Top Three Faves:

-Being different is a strategy towards being memorable to your prospect.
-If something isn’t authentic to you, your prospects will smell it a mile away, and that will become a problem down the line.
-If you’re not sure why you’re different, ask your friends or family, they’re sure to give you some great information about yourself!

Julie’s Top Three Faves:

-If you’re going to do something to make yourself remembered, it’d better be something you resonate with, and know how to use. Don’t give prospects a cool tool if you don’t know how to use it!
-Look beyond your own desk to find new ideas. See how other industries are solving problems and try any take inspiration!
-If we’re feeling anxious (especially during the pandemic), our clients will be too. Get off that “bus to panic” and stay upbeat. Your prospects will thank you!

Smarter Sales Soundbites:

“Find something new and unusual to expand your horizons.”

“Approach selling like a comedian would approach the twist at the end of a joke. Make it different, and surprise people!”

“Give your prospects some value they can implement before you even sign the deal.”
