Many of you listening have personal goals, business goals, family goals, financial goals. Perhaps you have some goals you’re struggling to see come to fruition for one reason or another. Maybe you have too many goals or not enough goals. Perhaps you’re looking at the latter part of the year and you want it to be better than the first. His goals take precedence over ours. In other words, we have our ideas and make our plans, but God will ultimately accomplish His sovereign desires. Allowing room for the unexpected and being flexible in your goal-setting endeavors, is how we can determine whether we love God’s will more than our own.
