Ep 36: How to Get Momentum Back

Are you struggling to get things done? Last week, I ended my streak of 35 consecutive weeks of publishing a podcast episode. Why did I do that? I had burned through my buffer of recorded podcasts so if I don't record each week, I don't have an episode! I'm recovering from severe adrenal fatigue, and tire easily, so I was faced with a dilemma! Do I expend energy I don't feel I really have, or focus on my health? I chose to end my streak and focus on my health, which for me isn't my typical path, and hence why I'm dealing with this now. So the question is, how does one get back into momentum? On this podcast, I delve into my years as a productivity and systems coach and pull out some simple tools that are helping me move forward.
