Mark was initiated in the Gamma Upsilon chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Spring 1986 at Delaware State University. Mark is a native of Wilmington, DE who has been giving back to his community through his Urban Youth, Inc. organization which organizes basketball activities and tournaments for local youth.
